Ekopak has taken note of the FSMA Executive Committee’s decision to launch an administrative investigation into Ekopak’s compliance with its market disclosure obligations.
Ekopak stresses that it attaches great importance to these information obligations in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Ekopak will therefore cooperate fully and transparently with the administrative investigation.
