This website (“Ekopak website”) is operated by Ekopak NV, Souverainestraat 13, 9800 Deinze – Belgium (“Ekopak”). Ekopak is a limited liability company under Belgian law with registered office in Belgium, company number BE 0461.377.728. The use of the Ekopak website is subject to the terms of use described hereunder (“Terms of Use”). Applicable law and competent court

The Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. The courts competent over the geographical location of the registered office of EKOPAK NV have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out of or related to the Terms of Use (including in relation to the existence, validity or enforceability thereof) in so far such dispute cannot be brought to an end in an amicable way.
