Advancements in project for beer & beverage multinational, France
Ekopak is making significant progress on a comprehensive project for a leading multinational in the beer and beverage industry in France.
The mechanical works are nearly complete, and commissioning is set to begin soon. This project includes an anaerobic treatment process, along with additional processes such as primary and aerobic treatments, biogas treatment, odor control, and mechanical dewatering.
Wastewater treatment installation for Lesaffre, Tunisia
Ekopak has been assigned a new project at Lesaffre’s facility in Tunisia, a global leader in fermentation! We provide the client with optimal efficiency and sustainability within their operational processes.
Our tailored approach includes:
- State-of-the-art technologies for effective wastewater treatment
- Surface Aeration to comply with strict effluent temperature limits
- Advanced treatment with SUPERFLOT™-AIR DAF, Multimedia Filter, and Activated Carbon Filter to meet strict color limits
- Sludge dewatering unit to reduce disposal costs
Milestone achieved at Pepsico, Dominican Republic
Ekopak has reached another important milestone in the installation at Pepsico in the Dominican Republic—the gas holder is now ready for operation. The wastewater treatment plant will process organic waste, generating 5,490 Nm³/d of biogas, which will be treated and used to produce electricity through the combined heat and power unit.
