Ekopak NV (EURONEXT: EKOP) announces that it has taken note of the resignation of ACEAN BV, represented by Mr. Jean-Baptiste De Cuyper as permanent representative, from its position as Chief Executive Officer. The collaboration ends with effect from today.
Ekopak would like to thank Mr. De Cuyper for the collaboration and wishes him every success for the future. Further details regarding his succession will be communicated in due course. The Board of Directors has initiated the search for a successor.
