PepsiCo launches first biodigester in Latin America
We proudly joined the inauguration of PepsiCo’s first biodigester in the Dominican Republic. Our installation at this facility converts snack production waste and sludge into clean energy, helping PepsiCo generate up to 20% of its energy needs independently.
The project reduces electricity costs and mitigates power interruptions. Government ministers, U.S. embassy representatives, and business leaders attended the ceremony.
Raptor® Technology for Nexus W2V’s Kingsbury bioenergy facility (US)
We are thrilled to be the technology provider for Nexus W2V’s Kingsbury bioenergy facility in La Porte, Indiana, via the implementation of our Raptor® Technology.⚡♻️
This proprietary process converts food waste and production byproducts into renewable natural gas (RNG), advancing more sustainable waste management and energy production.
Once operational, the installation will process over 200 tons of pre and post consumer organic waste daily.
Water reclamation plant for leading brewery in Indonesia
We have secured an exciting new project to design a water reclamation plant for an existing client – a leading brewery in Indonesia. The plant will treat wastewater from the brewery’s secondary clarifier, using our advanced PURAQUA technology, which combines ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis for efficient water recovery.
Once completed, the plant will recover a significant portion of water for reuse, helping to reduce consumption and environmental impact. 🌱

Ekopak Safety Days
September was fully dedicated to safety during our Ekopak Safety Days. 👷♀️
From theory to hands-on practice — including AED, first aid, and more — our team boosted its safety knowledge. We also focused on ergonomics and movement breaks to stay fit and alert. 🧘♂️Well-being and safety are always top priorities at Ekopak!
Deinze Industry Teamtrophy
For the third time, Ekopak took part in the Deinze Industry Teamtrophy — an annual event that brings together local companies for a day of sports, fun, and networking. 👟
Our colleagues gave their best on the field. And even without a podium finish this year, it was a great day full of teamwork, energy, and connection with other local companies.
